Now what this IRS notice does not acknowledge is the fact that they (the IRS) recalculated my 2008 Tax Return after being threatened for a year that the IRS would do exactly what they did once Obama was elected.
The IRS does not acknowledge the fact that I have notified them repeatedly I DO NOT AGREE with their recalculation of my 2008 Tax Return.
I will be posting my response to this notice from the IRS next week along with a demand that the "...Law requires that you pay your tax at the time you file your return..." be applied to Tim "Tax Cheat" Geithner, Rep. Charlie Rangel and that PENALTIES and INTEREST be accessed from all those who have been given special treatment by the Obama administration who have not only not paid a cent in penalties and interest, but who have not even paid the taxes they actually owe.
The Internal Revenue Service was notified by me I will challenge them and I intend to do just that.
