Eric Massa. In fact, I personally believe that Eric Massa should be exposed for the lying closet homosexual I believe him to be. That said, let's take a look at what I believe really took place. Rahm Emmanuel and Barack Obama are not strangers to homosexual acts. In the case of Barack Obama, we need only look at his encounters with me in 1999; his encounters with his "Uncle" Frank Marshall Davis; the murdered Donald Young; Nick Colvin; Bill Burton; Reggie Love (no man would let another man "tea bag" him and do nothing about it if he was not gay); Kal Penn; and the list goes on and on. Is Eric Massa another Jim McGreevy? You bet your ass, he is. Did Nancy Pelosi know about Massa's encounters with his male staff? You bet your ass, she did. Did Massa find a friend in Barney Frank? No doubt about it. Did Nancy Pelosi, Rahm Emmanuel and Barack Obama try to use Eric Massa's "tickle fights/groping sessions" to extort his vote: YOU CAN DAMN WELL BET YOUR LIFE THEY DID! I could not help sitting and laughing my ass off at Glenn Beck being played by Massa and the Democrats. Beck's trying to use Massa demonstrated, yet again, his own double standards in deciding what Americans should or should not be told. Beck on his radio show, along with his producer attempts to question my credibility (yet my story has not changed one iota for more than 2 years)but puts someone like Eric Massa (whose story changed almost every hour) on his television program to talk about "corruption in Washington?" Beck, in many ways, is just as big of a hypocrite & fraud as those he accuses of being hypocrites & frauds. Nancy Pelosi claims her knowledge of Massa's acts are limited to rumors. Nancy Pelosi also claimed she was never briefed on the use of water-boarding by the CIA, but she was. This is the standard by which democrats live. It's okay to be a closet homosexual and play with your staff as long as you are a democrat and you tow the Obama-Pelosi line, after all, Pelosi needs the gay vote to stay in power. I sincerely feel for the children of Eric Massa, and while I wish Mrs. Massa the best, I cannot help feeling like we have yet another wife who knew the truth and assisted in hiding it. I want to post it here clearly and accurately so that those posting falsehoods can be exposed. On March 28, 1980 I was charged in Denver, Colorado with "Theft" based on writing bad checks. Case number 80C172099, I was sentenced to 4 years unsupervised probation in 1981. In 1997 a data entry clerical error had been discovered (where it was reported I was on probation when I in fact was not) and the Denver Court issued an order correcting it. In 1980 I was charge with forgery in Cochise County Arizona, Case number 80-0010254, under my legal birth name of Lawrence W. Sinclair. I plead guilty and sentenced to 4 years in prison. Between 1981 and 1983 I legally changed my name in the Penal County Superior Court, Florence Arizona: first to La-Rye A. Silvas and second to La-Rye V. Avila. Arizona Department of Corrections records changed from the original commitment name of Lawrence W. Sinclair to La-Rye A. Silvas after the first legal name change in accordance with their policies. It has been repeatedly posted on the internet that I was arrested in Cochise County Arizona using the name La-Rye A. Silvas and that is just one of the many lies and distortions being made. Both the Social Security Administration and Internal revenue Service were notified of the LEGAL name changes and served certified copies of the Courts order granting said LEGAL name changes. There has been false claims posted online that I had a parole violation for possession of a firearm; this is yet another out-right false claim. I completed that sentence and hold a "Certificate of Absolute Discharge" in compliance with the requirements of section 13-906 and 13-912 of the Arizona Revised Statutes effective September 21, 1984. In April 1985 I was charged with "Theft" in Broward County Florida, plead guilty and sentenced to 1 year and one day. That sentence was served and my Civil Rights were restored upon the discharge of that sentence. On June 19, 1986 I was arrested and charged with "Theft" and "Forgery" and was charged under the name La-Rye V. Avila-Adams despite the fact that my name was La-Rye V. Avila and was clearly that on my Drivers Lic. Case Number F-86- I was sentenced to 1 year probation and time served. There has been internet posts making claims that I was still on probation in this case and listed as a "Avila-Adams was listed as an absconder and active probationer as of early 2008." Again a total distortion of the truth. There was a failure to correctly enter the termination of the Probation which when discovered in 2004, both Florida Probation officials and the Miami Dade Circuit Court dismissed and withdrew the Probation violation warrant correcting the fact it was improperly issued. Case Number F-86-017266, this was done in August 2004. In November 1986 I was charged in Golden, Jefferson County Colorado with "Forgery" and "Unauthorized Use of A Financial Transaction Device," Case Number 1986CR001349 and entered a plea of guilty to both on December 5, 1986. The "Forgery" charge was later challenged (denied because the time for challenging under Colorado Law had expired) based on the fact that I had asked the Judge what the Forgery was considering that I had not signed any ones name to anything other than my own. I was sentenced to 16 years. I was paroled in November 1997 and Colorado Board of Parole did on May 5, 2000 discharge my sentence completely. There have been internet posts claiming I skipped bond on a Colorado charge from 2001. That is a lie. I have not been arrested nor have I posted any bond on this charge. Colorado officials were provided irrefutable documentation showing I was with the complaintant in Texas at the time it was alleged I committed a crime in Colorado. In 2008 it was discovered there was a warrant in Pascoe County Florida that I was never aware of, nor did it ever appear on any NCIC search conducted over the years by Colorado or any other Law Enforcement agency or even the FBI. When I became aware of it I contacted the Pascoe County State Attorney's office ( it was for a NSF Check that I never even recalled writing to the Court Clerk in 1986, considering I never had in business with Pascoe County.) I could have taken care of it one of two ways: I could have gone through the expense of flying to Pascoe County from my Minnesota home, paid the expense of hotels and gone before the Judge and have it dismissed (which it would have been) or I could simply pay the check amount which is exactly what was done. People posts online that I counterfeit money orders, that is not true and the office of Beau Biden (son of then senator Joe Biden) dismissed the charges of "Theft" they brought in 2008 after I made my allegations against Barack Obama after they were asked to turn over documents demonstrating the charges were false. Now This is my record, and I will not continue to respond to internet posts that continue to distort it for their own purpose. Likewise, I have never used any names in any capacity other than my legal names at any time. I have been known legally as my given birth name (which I legally changed back to in 1997) Lawrence W. Sinclair; La-Rye A. Silvas; and La-Rye V. Avila. No Law Enforcement agency has ever claimed that I have used any other name(s) as claimed by internet posters. Even the FBI and U.S. Secret Service have acknowledged the alleged "aliases" are attributed to data entry errors in spelling. One name on that list is a name that in the 1970's Iranian class-mates at Cochise Community College nick-named me, but never have I ever been accused using. I do not have any problem with being direct and forth-right about my past. If you wish to use my past against me then at least be factual. One more thing. In September 2007 I paid a fine for "Pubic disorderly conduct" in Camden, South Carolina for using the word "bitch" in front of a Kershaw County Sheriffs Deputy. In regards to the Colorado "only" warrant: The allegations made in 2001 to Pueblo Colorado Police were made after the accuser and her brother in El Paso, Texas made repeated threats to file false reports accusing me of stealing a truck they had actually sold me. These threats were actually carried out some 5 to 6 months before the allegations were made to Pueblo officials. In the fall of 2000 the accuser's brother and sister-in-law knowingly and intentionally filed a false report with El Paso Texas Sheriff's investigators claiming they had let me use their truck and in October 2000 and I never returned it, even though they had sold said vehicle to me in April 2000 because they were behind on the payments and did not want another repo on their credit. El Paso Texas Sheriff investigators dismissed the reports of auto theft after I had provided them with payment and repair receipts and copies of letters threatening to file the false report. These are facts, unlike the misrepresentations by internet cowards who say alot, but back nothing up. In just the past two weeks they have falsely accused me of bank robbery. Web sites post the claims while failing or refusing to verify the info (which is easily proven to be false). The so called "criminal investigations" by Social Security Administration are based solely on these same internet cowards filing intentional false reports of fraud against me with the SSA continuously now for more than 2+ years. They file the reports and then post all over the web I have committed Social Security fraud. This has occurred non stop now for 2+ years and each time their false reports are found to have no basis in fact. They claim to have people working inside Social Security, the FBI, the Department of Justice etc... providing them information. This is why I am running for Congress, to stop this type of abuse by politically connected and even members of Congress. Thirteen challengers are vying for the seat held by Suzanne Kosmas, D-New Smyrna Beach, including 10 Republicans. National analysts view Kosmas' seat as one of the two "toss-ups" in Florida. The other is the seat held by Democrat Alan Grayson, who earned fame last year by summing up Republicans' health care plan as "don't get sick. And if you do get sick, die quickly." Kosmas, 65, snatched a formerly safe Republican seat in 2008 by riding Barack Obama's coattails and hammering at the incumbent's connection to a scandal-ridden lobbyist but angered Democratic supporters in November by voting against the House health care reform bill and drew a primary challenger, former Winter Springs Mayor Paul Partyka. And with the year already seen as dicey for incumbents, Republican candidates believe conservative voters are poised to retake the seat. Jim Heinzelman -- he prefers to be called Heinie -- calls himself a true conservative and vows to end America's path to socialism and other forms of tyranny. Although the national party spread word last week that former Ruth's Chris Steak House CEO Craig Miller will soon jump into the race, frontrunners among the announced candidates are Sandy Adams, a state House member since 2002, and Karen Diebel, vice mayor of Winter Park. Their votes to help fund the new commuter rail system will cost them support of Tea Party movement activists, who will never vote "to put a RINO (Republican in Name Only) in office," declares candidate Ed Dedelow, 67, a retired accountant, tax expert and general contractor from Winter Springs. Dedelow, who wrote a book called "Why Capitalism Works and Government Doesn't," says he knows how to rein in out-of-control government spending. The field also includes Green Party member Nicholas Ruiz III, 39, of New Smyrna Beach and Larry Sinclair, 48, of Port Orange, who has no party affiliation. In a brief interview, Kosmas said she understands the frustration in her district but countered that she has served constituents with "financially responsible" decisions that expanded health coverage for children and veterans, and stabilized the economy with tax cuts and stimulus spending. "What I do and how I do it will be judged at the end of the day by the voters," she said. In the 3rd District, eight-term Rep. Corrine Brown, D-Jacksonville, has five challengers: three Republicans, a no-party candidate and a Florida Whig. Republican James Gilman, 44, of Jacksonville, accuses Brown of devoting too much attention to aviation and railroad interests while her district suffers from high rates of poverty, unemployment and crime. In a questionnaire submitted by her campaign staff, Brown, 63, lists her occupation as "member of Congress" and said her priorities if re-elected are passing the newest six-year federal transportation authorization bill and ensuring Florida receives its full share of high-speed rail funding. Eight-term 7th District Rep. John Mica, R-Winter Park usually defeats his Democrat challenger easily in the heavily Republican district that snakes through six counties. This year he faces newcomer Heather Beaven, a Palm Coast resident and CEO of a state-funded work force development agency for at-risk students. Beaven, 41, says Mica provides "20th century leadership" and vows to help develop 21st-century "green" jobs in the bio-medical and alternative energy fields. Asked about his opponent, Mica, 67, says he doesn't think about the campaign until the fall.
